This is the storied Shemaka branch of the Aga Khan’s “She-” dynasty. The colt’s second dam, Shemissa (IRE) (by Fairy King), is a Graded winner-producing sister within the line of Shemaka (IRE) (by Nishapour), the Prix de Diane family that consistently throws Group performers.
